Excellent interview with Roberto Baggio conducted by James Richardson for the fine Channel Four magazine show Gazzetta Football Italia back in 1993.
Baggio was on international duty but Richardson gained access to present il Divin Codino with Channel 4’s Player of the Year award, voted for by viewers back in Great Britain.
AC Jimbo was certainly on top form, with Baggio appreciating his quick wit on more than one occasion. “My lucky stars…” Baggio may, or may not have said after receiving this award 😉
